Our mission is to help girls throughout the Cincinnati area develop and improve their core volleyball skills.

Training focuses primarily on fundamentals (passing, setting, hitting, serving, technique, and court positions) and includes game situation scrimmages.

Training consists of weekly 90-minute sessions, continuing for 12 weeks from February – May.

High School and Junior Olympic Club coaches provide the training for all age groups.

There are two age groups: 3rd – 5th grade and 6th – 8th grade.

Each age group is limited to 30 girls. Age groups are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
